Introduction

This afternoon I am reprising a three hour hike around the Point of Sleat on the southernmost point of the Isle of Skye, Scotland.

This was an excellent trip taking about three hours at a gentle pace. The location sits almost directly opposite the ferry port of Mallaig on the mainland to the east. The images below speak for themselves.

After the hike we returned to the mainland via ferry to Mallaig and checked into lodgings at nearby Arisaig.
